I'm writing to tell you, I truly appreciate the time you took to talk to me on the phone. My bible study class on Monday evenings are (a couple of them) feeling like they are not getting enough out of the study group. If we cannot get through a question, I table it to the next meeting, so that I can do some research to find a definitive answer. We go to the next question.
!. Why is it that questions that are being asked in the workbooks have nothing to do with the scriptures we are reading and the answers to the questions are in the workbook? My answer was that the sciptures are laying the ground work for what the gospel of Mark is all about. It will all come together as we read further.
2. If we are reading the gospel according to Mark, why are we reading scriptures wriiten by others?
